Right after seeing the State of the Union speech, I still was curious as to the way in which these politicians plan to fix our overall economy. Budget cuts solely will never address the fiscal challenges we are going through nor will more stimulus packages. Revenue is reduced because an enormous number of people are jobless and aren’t paying taxes! Republicans and Democrats should really focus on adjusting Chinese trade policies which triggered many jobs to move abroad. With more Americans working, there would be a reduced demand for individuals to have access to a taxpayer financed health insurance plan and mortgage help.
